We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent and secure experience.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the App.

(a) Device & Technical Information

For performance and diagnostics, we may collect non-personal data such as:

Device model

Operating system version

System language

Anonymous crash identifiers

This information cannot identify you personally.

(b) Face Data Processing and Retention (AI Features)

The App includes features that detect and analyze facial characteristics for beauty enhancement, age transformation, and related effects. We want to be completely transparent about how face data is handled:

IMPORTANT DECLARATION: Face data is NOT retained.

When you voluntarily upload a photo to use AI features, the App temporarily processes the image to generate the requested effect.

-We do NOT collect, store, retain, or attempt to identify any face data.

-We do NOT create or store faceprints, biometric identifiers, or templates of any kind.

-All facial images and face data are deleted immediately after processing.

-We do NOT retain face data on our servers, third-party servers, or in backups.

Face Detection and Analysis

Purpose: Face detection is used solely to identify facial regions in photos for applying beauty filters, age transformation effects, and facial feature adjustments.

Local Processing: Beauty enhancement features (whitening, smoothing, eye enlargement, face lifting) are processed entirely on your device. Face detection data used for these features never leaves your device.

Real-time Use Only: Facial feature data (such as facial landmark points) is generated and used in real-time during image processing.

Immediate Deletion: Once processing is complete or you exit the editing screen, all face detection data is immediately cleared from device memory.

No Storage or Retention: We do not store, save, or retain any face data, facial templates, or biometric identifiers at any time.

2. How Your Information Is Used

App Performance

Anonymous technical data is used only to:

Fix crashes

Improve stability

Optimize performance

Crash logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Real-Time Image Processing

When you use an AI feature:

Your image is encrypted and securely transmitted to Baidu AI.

The AI model processes your image.

The result is returned to your device.

The photo and all face data are permanently deleted immediately after processing.

Explicit Statement (per Apple requirement):

We do not store, retain, or save any original or processed facial images, faceprints, or face-derived data.

3. Facial Image Processing & Data Retention

How We Process Your Photo

Images are used only to generate the specific AI effect you request.

Images are transmitted securely using encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).

No images are used for training, analytics, marketing, or any secondary purpose.

Data Retention

We retain NO facial images or face data.

All facial images and processing data are deleted immediately after the result is generated.

Third-Party Processing (Baidu AI)

Baidu AI:

Processes your photo in real time

Does not store or retain images

Deletes all data within seconds after processing

Complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements

4. Data Protection & Security

We use industry-standard security protections:

Encrypted transmission (TLS 1.2+)

AES-256 encryption for temporary local data

ISO 27001–certified cloud infrastructure provided by Baidu Cloud

No facial images or biometric data are stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

Baidu AI

Used only for real-time photo processing.

Firebase (Google LLC)

Used only for anonymous crash analytics.

Receives no facial images

Receives no personal data

6. Your Rights

You may:

Request access or deletion of non-personal data

Withdraw consent for AI features

Clear in-app history

Delete all data by uninstalling the App

The App is not intended for users under 13.

We do not knowingly collect or process any data from children.
